Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and is responsible for its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly, and keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Arbiterssports Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. After that we will look into the matter, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will send you our findings and tell you about any action we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection agency, your state attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
